I have over 20-years experience as a Personal Trainer based at my private home studio in the beautiful village of Barton-on-Sea. My business is built on excellent customer service, nationally recognised qualifications and word-of-mouth recommendations, long before I had a website or social media.
I utilise my decades of experience and regularly updated training to tailor your sessions to your goals and lifestyle. I aim to give you the resources you need to continue your fitness programme between sessions. We achieve this through accountability, motivation, exercise prescription and nutrition plans to complement your training. I have followed this simple approach with great success since 1999, constantly adapting it to the needs of modern life.
As a mother of two and a businesswoman, I know how precious time is, so it's important to enjoy the time you spend exercising, and to get the most out of it. I know how to get the results you have always dreamed of, even for the busiest of people.

I'm very proud to assist Matt Roberts with personal training at his exclusive fitness retreats held and the totally gorgeous Limewood Hotel. An unforgettable experience making the most of the stunning grounds, gym, and the forest on their doorstep as well as the absolutely incredible food!

What IS Personal Training?
I specialise in working 1-to-1 with my clients, either online or in person and have loved teaching like this for 20 years. I don’t over-fill my diary or run a production line of just basic, gym-based training. Everything is bespoke because everyBODY is unique. My job is to get the best possible results for you. I create a diet and exercise programme that is achievable and gets the right results.

I work closely with Boyd Physiotherapy and Hordle Physiotherapy, accepting referred patients from both, continuing the clients’ physiotherapy into full fitness and recovery.
